HOPE foundation's Senior Leadership team

Chief Executive Officer Ian Correa is spearheading HOPE foundation’s networking efforts, as well as many of the educational and vocational training programmes. Ian is currently based in Bangalore and has been working with HOPE since 1992.

Chief Programme Officer Dr. Ashok Kumar Prabath has developed HOPE foundation’s HIV/AIDs and medical work, apart from other key initiatives. A qualified doctor, Ashok has been passionate about providing adequate healthcare to the deprived and downtrodden in India.

Chief Operating Officer Gimms Andrews is responsible for all administration, financial, and legal matters of HOPE foundation. Although Gimms is originally from Kerala in South India, he was born and brought up in West Africa and has been serving with HOPE foundation for more than a decade.
